1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app and related services published by NEX VIET NAM COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Truyền Thông NEX Việt Nam), Tax ID 0109333529 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.
2. Data we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your name, email address and phone number, if you create an account or sign in.
- Content and messages you send to us, for example support requests and feedback.
- Device and diagnostic data, such as device model, iOS version, app version, crash logs and performance data.
- Usage data, such as features used and session times, collected in aggregate to improve the app.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, health or financial data unless a feature clearly asks for it and you give permission in iOS.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, operate and maintain the app and your account.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service.
- To diagnose problems, keep the app secure and improve its quality.
- To comply with legal obligations under Vietnamese law.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (for example hosting, email and crash reporting), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law. Apple processes App Store purchases and downloads under its own privacy policy.
5. Storage and retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights and data deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To delete your account or data, email [email protected] from the email linked to your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
